LED H4 Headlight Bulb

Nice bright white LED headlight. No dark spots. Good low beam cutoff that does not blind oncoming traffic. Only 27W for either beam so causes less wear on the high beam/low beam switch. Plug-n-play.

(I use these in my K bikes. Much to my surprise, it even works pretty well in the crappy K75S headlight.)

Stainless Steel Throttle Body Hose Clamps

As K bikes age it is not uncommon for the rubber boots below the throttle bodies to crack and leak air due to age and repeated heat cycles. BMW used one-use Oetiker clamps in some locations on these boots.  When replacing those boots I cut off the old clamps with a Dremel cutting wheel and replace them with these slim re-usable stainless steel hose clamps. 11611460940 11611460900 11611460901

Elastic Upgrade Kit

Bungee cord works much better than the weaker OEM elastic that doesn't last very long under regular use.  This kit includes 8 pre-cut segments of Bungee cord and sixteen stainless steel washers. Simply run the Bungee cord through the attaching point, put a washer over it and tie a figure eight knot.

Side Cover Clip Repair Kit

When the middle mounting clip breaks on your K1100RS side cover there's no need to buy a whole new side cover.  Cut the old one off, drill a hole in the middle of it install one of these nylon coated steel clips with a spacer. Kit includes clip, spacer, small bolt and lock-nut.

Note: The line from the fuel rail goes to the rear pipe at the front left of the tank. The fuel line from the tank's front pipe goes to the fuel pressure regulator which is located behind (inside of) the throttle body assembly.

2V External Fuel Line Replacement Kit

If your fuel lines are getting old and cracking then you may be considering replacing them.  Replacing them with BMW parts costs over $70 and you'll need to deal with the two one-use Oetiker clamps that attach the fuel lines to the fuel pressure regulator. This kit includes enough new fuel line and two  reusable fuel line clamps to replace the one-use Oetiker clamps. The fuel line is ethanol/methanol certified made for fuel injected systems and rated to 225 psi. "Add-a-Fuse"

Both the K100RS4V and the K1100RS have three unused positions in the bottom of the factory fuse block.  If you're like me and don't like inline fuses for electrical items you've added to your bike then it is pretty easy to utilize those fuse positions. (I can show you how.) However, you need the proper terminals.

I've carefully salvaged several of them from the fuse blocks from bikes I've taken apart for just that purpose. I have them available in several wire sizes.  Being European, they are sized in mm².  Here's their approximate equivalent in AWG wire sizes:
