A word of caution If the bike is ever dropped on its side it is very common for the rivets that hold the "Z" rack latch to the case to become loose. Often the latch will break completely off so if you're out riding somewhere when this happens be sure to check that the latch is still attached well to the case or, if it's broken off, then be sure to find it so you can take it home with you. It can easily be reattached with a DIY Pop Rivet tool. If the latch has broken off then you can use some 1/8 nylon cord or other type of string passed through the rivet holes to tie the bottom of the case off to the "Z" rack. This will keep the bottom of the case from rotating out and the case bouncing off as you ride.
