Helpful hint: In order to free the rear end of the clutch cable what I do is pull in the clutch lever and then place a piece of wood between the clutch arm and the exhaust. This makes it easy to disengage the clutch cable for measuring/adjusting B below. Once measured/adjusted, reengage the end of the cable, pull in the clutch lever and remove the piece of wood.
